La Mode, Richmond

LaMode is a townhouse development located at Waltha St, Richmond that was completed in January 2017. The project involved the construction of 6 townhomes as well as the refurbishment of an existing  Victorian heritage home. The dwellings are designed to offer a luxury town house product, whilst encompassing best practice energy efficient design. A&O successfully completed the project in January 2017.
