The project consisted of the design and construction of 30 dwellings over three levels in Melbourne's inner east. The apartments were specifically designed for the Victorian Governments' Department of Human Services and delivered within a timely program of eleven months. They featured a 6 star energy rating and architectural design which serves the purpose of efficient and practical living.
