A&O created this space for our upcoming development of 55 Emma St, Collingwood. 

This project involved the partial restoration of an existing brick warehouse, including the construction of new floors, drop-ceiling, provision of mechanical services, feature lighting & finishes, fixtures & fittings to reflect those specified for the development.
